Cleo Bagwell is an exercise physiologist who specializes in 1) body mechanics and pain reduction 2)strength and cardiovascular training and 3) improved flexibility and general body awareness. You can schedule one session with her at the clinic to learn exercises to meet your specific needs, or can schedule regular sessions 1-3 times a week.
